Cagayan Valley Website Back Online

The Official Website of the Province of Cagayan is back online and so is the website of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan. The websites have been offline, I think for a month or so, but now its back online and looks even better. The  Official Website of the Province of Cagayan is can now be found at http://www.cagayannorth.com while the website of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan can be found at http://www.spcagayan.ph/.
