Cagayan
(not to be mistaken with Cagayan de Oro) is a province located at the north
easternmost part of the island of Luzon and of the Philippines. A first class
province, it is politically subdivided into 28 municipalities and one component
city (Tuguegarao City), with 820 barangays and a total estimated population of
1.1 Million.
